APA chose Advantage in 1999 because they were looking for a system that could integrate their previously separate books and journals operations. They also wanted better subscription and renewals management and more sophisticated promotion capabilities.
Since their original installation, APA has implemented the web module and their current plans include implementing AMB this year.
