Advantage eNews Debuts Welcome to the premiere issue of the Advantage eNewsletter! It replaces the quarterly print newsletters you used to receive. Look for Advantage eNews in your inbox monthly; more often in the case of breaking news. Please help us keep our mailing list up to date by letting me know of any email address changes. Also, would you please forward this to all those at your company who might be interested in receiving it themselves? You can send me (cmorp@advantagecs.com) the email addresses to add to the list, or they can fill out the request below. Let me know any comments, corrections, suggestions or story ideas you have.

Welcomes Philippe van Mastrigt as Director for European Operations
After leading a very successful implementation of Advantage at Bayard Presse, Philippe van Mastrigt has been appointed the ACS Director for European Operations. In this role, Philippe provides a permanent ACS presence in Europe and the UK, working closely with current and prospective Advantage clients. Philippe's position with ACS is made possible through a close partnership with Bayard Presse, and he continues to provide consulting services for this major French publisher. The
Telesales module has been substantially expanded
with this release, and also renamed to "Teleservices."
The Teleservices redesign allows you to create flexible call lists,
each with its unique set of components (for example, customer subscriptions,
customer A/R, orders), and also to perform an expanded number of
functions within each of these components, or stages, of the call.
For instance, you can perform a subset of subscription modifications…such
as rate and copy changes…without breaking the call flow. And you
no longer need to route from view to view during the call; Teleservices
presents the entire call flow, from A/R inquiry to customer addresses
to order entry, in one scrollable view.
