Company Environment

The company’s mission statement vows to maintain a “fair and enjoyable work environment while supporting a healthy balance of family and work time.” In support of this, ACS offers its employees an onsite exercise facility, including a full-size racquetball/handball court, and an on-site childcare facility. Employee’s families are included in the annual company picnic and spouses/dates attend the annual holiday dinner. The dress code is business casual, and the atmosphere is both completely professional and informal.
