The Implementation Methodology used by ACS project managers is the result of many years of training and countless hours of project experience. In addition, ACS subscribes to the project management guidelines of the Project Management Institute. Many of ACS' implementation specialists have earned their Project Manager certification from the PMI.

The 50-page ACS Implementation Guide is customized for each project and provides the blueprint for the installation team to follow. Thorough training is a crucial element and ACS offers more than two dozen classes in a variety of formats, from formal classroom instruction to one-on-one and interactive small group workshops. ACS experts cover data conversion, gap analysis and modification identification, and test planning. A thorough verification phase is another key element of a successful implementation. Before cutting over to the new system, a thorough “Go Live Audit” ensures that all is ready for the cutover.  Our creed is "No surprises."
