What Is AUG?

If you’re new to Advantage, welcome! The Advantage Users Group (AUG) meeting is our annual conference created by and for Advantage users. It’s driven by our vibrant user community and designed to deliver meaningful content, real-world insights, and plenty of opportunities to connect with peers who use Advantage every day.

Each year, AUG brings together customers, industry experts, and the AdvantageCS team for thoughtful presentations, open discussion, and collaboration — all focused on helping you get the most out of Advantage.

What to Expect in 2026

This year’s meeting features a strong mix of strategy, technology, and user-driven discussion, including:

Keynote presentation by Patti Brousseau of Wolters Kluwer, focused on change management
Client success stories showcasing real Advantage projects and implementations
A Town Hall open forum, where clients ask clients
Insights into industry trends, technology updates, and product enhancements
A social outing (details coming soon) to experience the energy and culture of Memphis together
