Less Searching, More Solutions

We’ll admit it: help documentation isn’t the most exciting or glamorous topic. While it’s crucial for our users and employees alike, we’ve hardly ever written about the help site on our blog – until today! Over the course of 2025, we made numerous changes to the help site to make it more useful and accessible than ever before, so consider this post a Public Service Announcement for our users. Here are the biggest improvements we’ve made to our help site.

New Documentation for the Advantage Ecosystem

We’ve added even more help! Previously, documentation for Advantage Analytics, Cider Plus, Advantage Paywall, and Advantage Single Sign-On was consolidated into the Advantage manual. To make our documentation easier to consume, each of these products now have their own dedicated manual and AI help assistant. These manuals aren't currently as comprehensive as Advantage's, but you can expect them to become much more robust over time.

Additionally, we’ve added a new Modules page, providing a summary of all of Advantage’s modules for those interested (we know you’re out there).

Expanded Video Library

This isn’t something we specifically added in 2025, but it’s still worth a shoutout: the help documentation’s video library is now greatly expanded. Since 2023, we've added nearly 100 instructional videos to our help site, and we're always adding more!

We also want to highlight our annual release features video series, which covers the major and most notable improvements we’ve made to Advantage and Cider Plus over the past calendar year.
