Welcome New Employee Todd Baker
Todd Baker recently joined Angie Markel Lampi’s Support Center team and comes to AdvantageCS with an extensive background. Todd earned his bachelor's degree in math from the University of Michigan and his first job was with XPO Logistics. He spent a few years in the pricing department there while he taught himself computer programming. That led to a position as a software developer, but after nine years at the company, Todd wanted to expand his horizons and experience.
He was looking for a career where he could work in person and collaborate with others as a team. Todd heard about the support center business analyst position at AdvantageCS from a couple of people that worked within the company and instantly knew it was the job for him!
Todd recently got married to his wife Carley at the University Lutheran Chapel in Ann Arbor. Carley gave Todd a wooden sudoku math puzzle as a wedding gift, which he completed throughout his week-long honeymoon in Sedona, Arizona. Todd loves playing around with numbers!
When he isn’t in the office Todd enjoys reading, watching old-time movies that many people don’t know about, and going to rock and roll concerts (before the pandemic). Also, Todd and his wife recently bought a house in Saline, Michigan.
