What are Client Services?
Client services are critical in building strong relationships and delivering exceptional experiences. AdvantageCS has a dedicated Client Services Division. This team is passionate about providing outstanding support, project management, and other specialized services to our clients.
We can ensure our clients receive the best support and expertise by combining three dedicated teams in the Client Services Division. These teams are: the Advantage Support Center, the Implementations team, and the Program Services team. They work together seamlessly, coordinating the various services our clients need at any given point. In this article, we will look at how our Client Services Division has evolved and describe the services offered.
The Advantage Support Center
As AdvantageCS grew way back in the 1990s, a dedicated support team was created to address client support and project-related issues. The team expanded over time to meet the evolving needs of our clients, eventually becoming the Client Services Division. Soon thereafter, the Advantage Support Center became it’s own team within the Client Services Division focused solely on support to all of our clients worldwide. Tools were developed to formalize client support requests and the tracking of issues to completion.
The Implementation Team
In 2006, the Client Services Division formed another discrete team within it with a focus on implementation projects. The team’s goal was to streamline project execution and deliver consistent results to our clients, creating a better experience for both clients and AdvantageCS resources. The Implementations team can handle projects of any size or complexity, from multi-year new implementation projects to large-scale upgrades.
The Program Services Team
The Program Services Team is like a Swiss-army-knife, ready to handle a wide range of tasks to support our clients in any way possible. This team provides project management, account management, specialized services, and analyst activities to both understand and meet our clients’ business needs.
Providing Solutions for Our Clients
We understand that each client has unique requirements. That’s why our Client Services Division is dedicated to providing solutions that address each client’s specific challenges. We offer a comprehensive range of services, including:
- Advantage Upgrades: We assist clients in upgrading to the latest version of Advantage as seamlessly as possible, ensuring they can leverage new features to enhance their operations. These projects include the installation of a new version of the software in a upgrade area, upgrading the data to that release, verifying the proper functioning of all integrations, providing training on new features, and being there for cutover support when it’s time to go live on the new version.
- Feature and Integration Assistance: Our team is well-versed in assisting clients in implementing new features, helping them unlock the full potential of the system. We also can develop or assist in integrating Advantage with other applications. We have dozens of standard integrations already developed.
- Managed Services: We offer a set of managed services, providing dedicated support and expertise for clients in committed arrangements. These include managing or monitoring various aspects of the Advantage application, third-party applications, providing hosting services such as operating system and database updates, and many others. Our team becomes an extension of our client’s operations, ensuring their ongoing success and complementing their teams when needed.
