Employee Spotlight: James Varblow

Meet James Varblow, the newest full-time addition to the AdvantageCS team! James is a Michigan native and grew up in the small town of Dexter. He has always had a love for mathematics and problem-solving, which led him to pursue a degree in Economics at the University of Michigan. James recently graduated and is excited to bring his skills and knowledge to the Client Services Division.

Before joining AdvantageCS, James had a wide range of work experience. He was previously employed as an administrative assistant, in a catering business, mowing lawns, and even labored at a blueberry farm. These experiences have taught him the value of hard work and the importance of attention to detail.

James has been an intern at AdvantageCS for over a year and has been working with Angie Markel on the support analyst team. He has focused on small projects such as creating new employee processes and handling client tickets. James is excited to continue to learn and grow within the company.

When asked what he likes most about AdvantageCS, James talked about the friendly environment and the healthy afternoon snacks. He also enjoys playing Wallyball with his colleagues on Mondays and Fridays. The sense of community at AdvantageCS is something he truly values.

Outside of work, James has a busy life. He recently got married to his wife, Callie, and spends time with her when he can. They met while traveling and got married in Tennessee. Fun fact: he has many animals at home. He has two dogs, Strider and Pippin, and two chinchillas, Greg and Wirt. He enjoys spending time with his furry friends!

We are excited to have James as a part of our team and look forward to all the great things he will accomplish here.

Welcome, James, to the AdvantageCS family!
